220V Electronic ballast

Does anyone have a good site to purchase electronic ballasts in Canada?

I bought a shower with a circular T9 fluorescent bulb in it, but the SCRs on
the ballast started smoking the second day the shower was installed - I'm
guessing I need a replacement ballast now. The supply voltage for the
ballast is 220 volts. The output is a 4-pin (square) T9 female socket.

Any advice would be appreciated.
